Valgro engineers offers Valgro- Hyzer micro burr deburring and finishing machine for enhancement of flat metal surface. This machine saves up to 60 % time compared with conventional system. Wet and dry operations are possible with washing and drying both sides. Brushing capacity by width is 450-1750 mm. consistent brush abrasion, adjustable conveyer speed (belt/roller), solid metal body construction (SS/MS) and different brush grits combinations possible to perform different surface treatments are other features. The machine is offered in different formats according to the customer requirement.
The scrubbing and deburring machine is available with top and bottom brushing attachment with water rinsing -brushing –air blowing and drying system this is ideally suited to prepare the ferrous and non –ferrous metal surface. The metal surface is perfectly cleaned and thus prepared for good subsequent adhesion of all coatings better printing operation. This machine is specially designed for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industries, metal label manufacturing, ceramic tiles manufacturing and numerous cleaning operation.
The deburring machine is used for deburring and cleaning sharp corners, hole edges and irregular perimeters from sheet metal component without damaging the metal surface. This machine is available with top and bottom multi stage brushing attachment with water rinsing brush oscillation.
The flat metal surface washing and cleaning machine is available with top and bottom brushing attachment with high-pressure chemical water rinsing-brushing-fresh water rinsing- squeezing-air blowing and drying system. This machine is specially designed for the removal of light rust, oxidation, oil stain and other residues from metal surface.
